Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit confirms your reservation and is applied toward your total balance, which is due one day before the event date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to additional fees. Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days in advance may be accommodated based on availability. In the rare event that Twisted Ties must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or safety concerns, deposits may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.
